Crops and Horticulture Supervisor at Bindura University of Science Education – Gweru

BUSE Farm Trust is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person for the position of crops and horticulture Supervisor. The successful candidates will join the BUSE Farm Team, working in the crops and horticulture department.

Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be expected to do the following: Production Planning and execution, Team Management, Inputs and resource management, Crop care and quality control, Record Keeping, and Harvesting and post harvesting management of crops.

- Applicant should have minimum 5 O levels
- Certificate in General Agriculture

- Ability to supervise labour
