Call Centre Operator at TEECHERZ HOME AND OFFICE – Harare

The Call Centre Operator is responsible for handling branch enquiries, coordinating stock orders and allocation, monitoring sales and oversales, processing customer transactions, and providing operational support to branches.

- Receive and respond professionally to branch enquiries through telephone and other communication channels.
- Communicate available stock to branches and coordinate stock orders from Branch Managers within set deadlines.
- Monitor branch sales patterns and assist in ensuring appropriate stock allocation and inventory movement.
- Handle branch queries, customer concerns, repairs and other issues, escalating matters to the relevant departments where necessary.
- Process incoming orders, cancellations, returns and exchanges.
- Monitor and manage group oversales.
- At least one year of relevant experience in call centre operations, customer service, stock control, inventory management or order processing environment.
- Experience using Pastel Evolution is essential, particularly in inventory and order management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Good organisational, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
