Job Description
Answer calls to the 116 National Child Helpline & Lifeline in a professional, respectful, patient and child-friendly way. Duties and Responsibilities are job related.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 O’ Levels including English.
- A qualification and significant experience in counselling and working with children and families.
- Knowledge of child protection, child development, child rights and mental health.
- Speak at least 2 national languages of Zimbabwe.
- Calm and composed in stressful, emotional situations.
- Great listening skills and the ability to show empathy over the phone.
- Able to take at least 10 shifts in a month.
- Computer literacy.
