Clinic Manager at SUDIC HEALTHCARE – Harare

SUDIC HEALTHCARE is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and drive excellence in patient care, staff performance, and financial sustainability. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits. The Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall management of the clinic, including overseeing daily clinic workflow, patient flow, and scheduling; ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources; managing supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships; recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating clinic staff; conducting regular performance reviews and addressing disciplinary matters; organizing staff meetings, huddles, and training sessions; monitoring revenue cycle, billing, and collections; tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting to management; ensuring compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements; investigating and resolving incidents, complaints, and risks; and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction and service delivery. The Clinic Manager reports directly to the Managing Director.

- Diploma in Nursing OR Degree in Nursing OR Degree in Health Services Management, Healthcare Administration.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a clinical or healthcare management.
