Job Description
The incumbent will be reporting to the Database Systems Administrator and will be responsible for the following among other duties:
Test, maintain and administer applicable business systems.
Identify, troubleshoot and diagnose issues affecting business applications.
Track and documents problem resolution and communicates with end users.
Perform technical needs analysis and preparing system recommendations.
Test system software for upgrades or implementation.
Monitor systems, data security, providing quality assurance, adhering to operating standards and policies.
Work with vendors for product support and technical solutions to business applications.
Provide support to systems developers and programmers during in-house systems development.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree Computer Science, Business Studies & Computing Science, Business Studies and IT, Information Technology, or any relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a support environment.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a support environment.
