Job Description
We are pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity within our organization for the position of IT Support & Deployment Specialist. We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our Technology/Operations team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal hardware and software support. Manage provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of company devices. Administer and troubleshoot VoIP and internal communication platforms. Oversee Google Workspace administration, including user management, permissions, and security compliance.
External & Infrastructure Operations:
Provide technical support, deployment, and troubleshooting for clients. Manage and resolve email system issues including deliverability and routing. Deploy, configure, and maintain servers (physical and VPS environments). Monitor system performance and ensure optimal network and server health.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent
- Knowledge of email infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX routing)
- Experience in client-facing roles or Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- Familiarity with ticketing and asset management systems
