Branch Manager, Security at Unknown Company – Masvingo

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Masvingo branch.
Oversee security personnel deployment, performance and discipline.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies, security regulations and relevant laws.
Drive business growth and maintain high service delivery standards.
Prepare reports and provide management updates.

- Degree in Security Management or equivalent.
- Former member of the ZRP with the rank of Assistant Inspector and above.
- Experience in private security
- Proven experience in security operations, preferably in a management role.
- Strong leadership, people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Good knowledge of security legislation, risk management and best practices.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
