Site Engineer at Asimba HOLDINGS LIMITED – Harare

Key responsibilities:
* Supervise daily construction activities in line with approved drawings, specifications and project programmes.
* Monitor project progress, costs, resource utilisation and productivity.
* Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements and SHEQ procedures.
* Coordinate site inspections, testing, technical documentation and quality control.
* Identify project risks, prepare progress reports and liaise with project stakeholders.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to ensure work is executed according to approved designs, specifications and project schedules.

Qualifications and experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent recognised qualification.
* Minimum of five years' relevant experience in civil engineering construction, preferably in roads, infrastructure, earthworks or mining-related projects.
* Sound knowledge of construction methods, engineering drawings, project planning and cost control.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and relevant project management software.
* Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving and communication skills. Professional registration is an added advantage.
