We are seeking commercially minded sales consultants who can identify suitable opportunities, build client relationships and help convert enquiries into secured projects.
What you will do
Identify and approach prospective clients, including businesses, property owners, developers and contractors.
Understand project requirements and qualify enquiries for Avocet’s technical team.
Arrange client meetings and coordinate site-assessment requests.
Follow up quotations, address enquiries with the team and help progress opportunities towards agreement.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations and next steps.
What we are looking for
Current residence in Bulawayo is mandatory.
Strong communication, professional conduct and reliable follow-through.
Initiative and confidence approaching decision-makers.
A smartphone, reliable communication access and availability for local fieldwork.
Ability to work independently and keep organised sales records.
Experience in sales, business development, construction or civil engineering is an advantage.
We particularly welcome applicants who can demonstrate how they have generated leads, developed client relationships or helped close sales.
