Sales Consultant
at Heritage Expeditions Africa – Victoria Falls branch.
Reporting : Sales Executive
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
:
Take bookings (direct, telephone and email) and channel to the respective activities for Heritage Expeditions Africa
Daily telesales calls and social media marketing.
Gathering marketing intelligence.
Following up on deposits, payments and cancellations and processing these efficiently.
Handling of online bookings.
Build and maintain profitable relationships with clients.
Compile and maintain customer database.
Attend to walk-in clients.
Person Specification and desirable attributes
Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or Tourism and Leisure Management or equivalent
Diploma in Sales and Marketing an added advantage.
Must be extremely sales oriented.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good communication skills.
Highly computer literate.
