Job Description
Cresta is seeking a Growth Engineer to own the systems behind Cresta's internet presence. This role involves architecting and building the web platform (cresta.com), creating tooling for marketers, and developing custom AI agents on Cresta's platform for marketing use cases. Cresta's unified AI platform combines conversational AI agents, real-time human agent augmentation, and comprehensive conversation intelligence to drive revenue and efficiency for leading companies like United Airlines, Cox Communications, and Marriott.
Key responsibilities include:
**The web platform**
* Own the end-to-end build of cresta.com, including its structure, content flow, and connections.
* Set the technical vision for the website stack and CMS evolution, currently running on Webflow.
* Partner with brand and design on interactive experiences and own the component system.
* Own the instrumentation where the site meets the GTM stack, forms, gated content, event tracking, and attribution, in partnership with marketing ops.
* Build the technical foundation for localization, including locale routing, URL architecture, and hreflang.
* Implement engineering practices to enable fast and confident shipping.
* Ship the technical work behind SEO and AEO programs.
**AI Agent Creation**
* Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents on Cresta's platform for marketing use cases.
* Take agents from prototype to production, including evaluation criteria, guardrails, and human review steps.
* Provide feedback to product and engineering teams, identifying gaps, building custom tooling, and influencing the roadmap.
Compensation for this full-time remote position includes a Base Salary Range of $160K - $280K + Equity.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 7+ years working in software development, web development, AI/ML engineering, or growth engineering.
- Strong across the stack (application code, APIs, data, and infrastructure) in Python, TypeScript, Node, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts; hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering techniques are strongly preferred.
