GTM Systems Specialist at Tines – Remote - Worldwide

Tines, the intelligent workflow company, is seeking a GTM Systems Specialist. Tines supports IT and security teams for major customers like Canva, Reddit, and SAP, focusing on simplicity, speed, and soundness. The company launched Tines 3B in 2026, a secure environment for apps, agents, and automations, integrating with any API-enabled service.

This role is crucial for Tines' quote-to-cash platform and process. The specialist will be the systems owner for DealHub and Salesforce configurations, contributing to design, technical build, and administration. Key responsibilities include owning DealHub build-out and day-to-day administration, contributing to the platform roadmap, supporting implementation partners, setting standards and governance for change, owning the wider GTM stack (Salesforce configuration and integrated tools), and serving as the systems partner to various business units (Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal).

This is a full-time, remote position with a salary range of $126,000 - $150,000.

['- 3+ years in GTM systems, business systems analysis, revenue systems, or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment, including ownership of a revenue-critical platform.', '- Hands-on DealHub administration experience (configured product catalog, pricing/discount rules, playbooks, approval workflows, templates, and CRM integration). This is a requirement.', '- Strong Salesforce administration fluency: objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets, reports and dashboards.', '- Extensive knowledge of quote-to-cash processes: quoting, approvals, order forms, amendments, renewals, and downstream handoffs into billing and compensation.', '- Demonstrated solution design capabilities, not just configuration: ability to take ambiguous business problems, choose an approach, and defend trade-offs.', '- Experience scoping and managing external implementation partners or contractors, and holding them to a standard.', '- Confidence advising and influencing business stakeholders.']
