Junior Public Sector Account Executive at Elastic – The Netherlands

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Junior Public Sector Account Executive. In this hunter role, you will own a greenfield Dutch public sector territory including municipalities, healthcare, education, and research. You will be responsible for generating your own pipeline through outbound efforts, events, partners, and public sector networks, building coverage from scratch where necessary. The role involves running full-cycle deals with MEDDPICC discipline, navigating Dutch public procurement (tenders, Europese aanbesteding, framework agreements, and partner/reseller routes), and expanding existing customer accounts, especially in universities and research. You will work with Solutions Architects, partners, and Elastic specialists to secure technical wins, forecast accurately, and maintain Salesforce. The typical starting On-Target Earnings range (Base Salary + Variable) for this role is €95,900-€151,700 EUR.
