The Solutions Architecture (SA) Transformation team makes focused global investments to turn SA strategy and innovation into scalable capabilities, elevating technical excellence and compounding impact for SAs, users, and Stripe. The team partners with global SA leadership, GTM, Product, and Engineering to bring strategy to life, develop better ways for SAs to work, and scale promising innovation. They combine field and user insight, disciplined experimentation, and emerging technology to build durable capabilities that raise the bar for the global SA organization. The team integrates transformation program leadership with matrixed partnerships across AI Engineering and Demo Engineering.

As Manager of SA Transformation, you will set the vision, priorities, and operating model for a high-impact team responsible for transforming strategy and innovation into durable, globally scalable capabilities. You will lead a group of program managers and serve as a second-line leader to the AI Engineers and Demo Engineers. Your role involves coaching the team through ambiguous, cross-functional work, focusing on high-leverage initiatives from experimentation through launch, adoption, and long-term ownership. You will be a key strategic partner to SA leadership and leaders across GTM, Product, and Engineering, ensuring the transformation portfolio significantly improves how SAs work and the outcomes they deliver for users.

Key Responsibilities:
Set the strategy, priorities, and operating model for the SA Transformation team, translating SA, GTM, and Product direction into a focused portfolio of capabilities, experiments, and programs.
Manage and develop the team, empowering them to lead day-to-day program execution while setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and building long-term organizational capabilities.
Create an inclusive, high-performing team environment grounded in accountability, strong judgment, and a shared commitment to user impact.
Identify recurring friction in SA workflows and design improved tools, practices, and operating models to enhance effectiveness and technical excellence across regions, segments, and motions.
Build strong interlocks with Product, Product Operations, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Developer Relations, Enablement, and Operations to ensure field insight informs strategy and promising ideas achieve global scale.
Establish shared priorities and operating mechanisms across Transformation Programs, AI Engineering, and Demo Engineering, partnering with technical leaders and SA innovators to build and scale tools, demos, and automated workflows that measurably improve SA productivity and user outcomes.
Utilize qualitative and quantitative evidence to identify organizational opportunities, expose tradeoffs, set portfolio priorities, and measure adoption and impact; establish clear ownership, governance, and support models for successful initiatives to endure.
