Job Description
MeisterPfad is building the AI-native ERP system for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning businesses (SHK). Our pre-seed round is closed, and we have acquired over 10 customers since our go-live. For our next phase, we are seeking a Product Engineering Intern to join our team in Berlin.
You will work closely with the founding team, taking on genuine responsibility from the outset in a role that you will actively help to shape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build product features from concept to deployment, overseeing the entire process from identifying customer problems and creating prototypes to rolling out the final features.
- Develop the AI agents and automations that drive our operating system, building systems to reliably automate recurring processes for our customers.
- Translate customer feedback into product decisions, deeply understanding user workflows to determine the next development steps.
- Integrate deeply into the industry, building a product that is tightly interwoven with the real-world operations of our customers and demonstrating a profound technical understanding of these processes.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Studies in (Business) Informatics, a comparable field, or a relevant degree.
- Structured thinking with the ability to deliver quickly.
- Proven ability to build, with personal projects or prior internship experience in software development, and a track record of reliably bringing things to fruition.
- Proficiency in modern AI tools for rapid and high-quality development.
- Comfortable with direct customer interaction, able to explain technical topics clearly and translate feedback from conversations into concrete improvements.
- Very good German language skills are essential, as our clients operate exclusively in German.
- Seeks ownership and significant creative freedom rather than strictly defined guidelines.
- Structured thinking with the ability to deliver quickly.
