The Director of Blueprint Technical Activation will own the technical integration layer crucial for securing complex enterprise AI environments. You will work directly with customers to identify integration challenges blocking AI adoption, determine necessary builds, and drive solutions from customer need to production. This involves collaborating with Okta Product and Engineering, FDE, Professional Services, and technology partners to solve complex integration challenges and transform repeatable customer solutions into products.
Key responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing customer needs, working with O4AA customers and technical teams to address integration challenges, maintaining a prioritized integration backlog, and serving as the technical escalation point for complex issues.
You will also be responsible for solving and scaling integrations by designing and building solutions when existing products don't fully address customer needs, working alongside customer architects and engineers, creating reusable reference architectures, and scaling one-off solutions. Furthermore, you will turn customer needs into product by partnering with Okta Product teams to translate requirements, build business and technical cases for roadmap changes, and identify recurring integration needs that should become supported Okta capabilities.
Finally, the role involves building the technical ecosystem by working with strategic technology partners, developing and validating joint architectures and integrations, enabling partner engineering teams, and providing technical proof for customer stories and demos.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+ years in solutions architecture, integration engineering, partner engineering, field engineering, or technical leadership across enterprise security, identity, cloud, or SaaS.
- Experience leading complex technical programs across customers, engineering, product, and technology partners.
