Personal Staff Officer at Zimbabwe Independent Complaints Commission – Harare

Provide executive administrative support, confidential secretarial services and operational liaison to the Executive Secretary, ensuring workflow continuity, effective diary management and coordinated institutional communication.

Key Performance Areas:
- Executive Schedule and Workflow Coordination: Manage the Executive Secretary’s diary, scheduling strategic engagements, operational briefings and stakeholder meetings; screen incoming enquiries, calls and visitors.
- Documentation, Briefings and Correspondence: Prepare, proofread and format official correspondence, executive memoranda, Commission briefing notes and presentations; control the dissemination of internal circulars and executive directives.
- Meeting Facilitation and Resolutions Tracking: Organise executive and management meetings, prepare agendas, record accurate minutes and track action points across all directorates.
- Confidential Records Management: Maintain a secure, auditable filing and archival system for the Office of the Executive Secretary in compliance with national information security and data protection requirements.
- Travel and Resource Administration: Coordinate local and international travel, security clearances, itineraries and hospitality; manage the requisition and use of office supplies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Secretarial Studies or equivalent.
- A Diploma in Executive Secretarial Studies or Public Relations is an added advantage.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in high-level office management, public relations and executive support in the public sector or a reputable corporate body.
